DaniVarro, Autumn Roze & I have decided that we are going to start to sell our own versions of the headbands that you've requested yourselves! HEADBANDS FOR SALE?

Hey guys, so it's just come to my attention that I have not posted a journal in literally forever. BUT so much has been goin on lately & so many fun things have happened since my last update. Such things like warped tour, Snoop Dog with 311, seeing Dark Knight (Batman), the beach! All of which were amazing. I will definately be posting some pics from some of these later.

SO Dani & I are sitting here talking about how much people keep asking us about ours & Autumn's headbands in our pics. Questions like where can I buy one? Well... We made them!haha Crafty huh? We're thinking about selling some in all different colors, etc. If you think it's a good idea, let one of us know and maybe we'll specially make one just for you ( in your fave colors or your choice)! All up to you guys to make that happen. :o)

So I have been saying for quite sometime that I want a tattoo & wellp I have finally done it!haha & I must say I absolutely LOVE it! What do you think? Now before you say need to ask, it is the japanese kanji symbol for "Joy". For all of you in Japan, hopefully you can varify that, because I searched so many websites to be sure of it!haha Yikes... Oh & I just love the Japanese culture & such, it's so fascinating to me! So anywho, I really wanted Joy, not only because it is obviously my middle name, but yet my Mom's middle name as well! I also really feel as though it just represents me. So let me know what you think & if you have any fun tattoos! I wanna see & hear any fun stories about them!? It was such a crazy feeling, like a shock going through on that one side & actually made me feel numb!haha I had goosebumps all over too. Now to plan for the next one! I already have 2 in mind! Woot woot!

So I made video #2, which should be up very soon so check that out. It's with my two best friends DaniVarro & my roomie AutumnRoze! We actually converted her to Buzznet so def show the love ya'll! Oh & we were considering making some dance videos maybe &/or a baking show?haha What do you think? Videos are just so much more fun than journals, way more personal fo sho.haha

Gotta love the photoshoots & nights out with the girls. Live them & love every minute of them, because you never know ho many more you may have to enjoy. SMILE!

Quality is better than quantity.

I suppose it's about that time. Time to overlook my life at this very moment. I am very excited to be moving to California. I believe it will be the step I need to progress my future. Staying in DC won't get my anywhere new. What sucks is that I will have to leave those behind who have been there for me these past 5 years of living here. I'm so nervous to get there & just feel alone. I won't know who to trust, who to turn to. But I will not be afraid to open up or else I know I will never be able to find those great people out there who will do the same for me. This is the only the test of my strength & I continue to grow stronger. There is so much for me to see & to learn. Bring it on Cali...

So I was reading an article in a magazine today about true friends. It was about quality versus quantity. I used to be that girl who wanted to make sure everyone was happy. I didn't really stop to make sure I was being fulfilled. I would get upset but forgive too easily to people. I was never part of the "party crew" in highschool. I never really realized why I wasn't like them. Why didn't I have like 1,000 friends to hang out with on the weekends like them. I was always the girl who had a few close friends, but it was hard to hold on to them. There has definately been a select few that have lasted through & through. I am so thankful for them. I definately learned that it's not about having the most friends, because there's always that chance of getting hurt. After graduation I got to whitness this first hand. Hanging around those people, ya are fun at first. But seeing how much the majority of the people don't even like eachother. I know I would never want to associate myself with people who act nice to my face then turn around & talk shit about me to another behind my back. It breaks my heart to see people live like that! I've had my fair share of getting backstabbed from those I really thought were the real deals. It really hurts but that just shows how much you have to cherish those who want to prove to you that they will always have your back. Goes to show that quality really is better than quantity, ya know? I really hope for the best for all of you. It may hurt at first but if you currently have a relationship with a significant other or a friend, don't feel bad to speak your mind. Let them know how you feel if you don't think you're getting your fair share of the deal. My friendships have grown so much by just speaking my mind. I am always up to express what makes me upset. It may not end up the way I wished but I ultimately feel better about myself.

Thank you to all those who have been so open & kind to me thus far. Buzznet really has been a great experience & I love meeting you all. It's great just to hear about how the rest of the world lives ya know? I don't get to be everywhere at once, but I can learn all I can through you. I hope to hear from more of you & to be here for caring & advise if needed. I'm definately a good listener & still love to help others. I'm sorry about this ridiculously long entry & if you actually read this then I love you.ha You are amazing. I was actually considering making a video blog next. What do ya think?

So far so good:

I got sushi for lunch today & it was amaaaazing, so I'm content for the night. BTW it's official! I'm moving in August to Cali baby. I got the reservation for the movers & the plane ticket down. Yikes! Wish me luck ya'll. Any tips? For those who live there, where are the hot spots? Oh the fun of starting life over. Meet new people! Maybe I'll meet some of you! Only time will tell :o) Also, it's only been like 2 days maybe actually using Buzznet & I think I've got a pretty good vibe from it! Everyone's been so friendly & welcoming, I love it! I must admit I'm having a little trouble getting used to it, but I'm hangin in there! The weather is gettin better again, blue skies make me happy, keep it up! I'm hoping to make a Kings Dominion trip this weekend, so hopefully it doesnt rain!

This was a good weekend Memorial Day weekend, the weather was perfect! Got to relax & just enjoy it, which was just what I needed. Some chick wanted the guys from Abbacab to perform in her backyard so of course I had to come out to support them. It was pretty sweet for a backyard show, a lot of people came out, untill the cops had to shut it down due to noice complaints. Surprize surprize! It took a while for everyone to clear out & move all the equipment. I was pretty exhausted. I wanted to make a Kings Dominion outting this weekend, but I guess my friends were right that Memorial Day weekend is probably not the best time to go, considering the opening of the water park attracts a larger crowd. Maybe next weekend. I wanna try to get the gang out, since I got the season passes!

Overall good weekend though, minus some drama that went down with an old friend. Why does there always have to be some conflict? Can't there just be some peace in this world? Honestly, people need to take aside that there will be disagreements in this world & people will always be around to dissapoint you & prove you wrong. BUT there are also those people that make you feel great & can really change your world. You just gotta move on from the past & look forward to the future ahead with all those great people out there waiting to be met. Life will go on.

So I'm super stressed out with figuring out whether to do the move to Cali in August when my lease is up here or else to wait it out for another year or two. I suppose I should look at it as what's the wait?! I should just get this move on the road! It's California after all. I could really get the career going. With my friend Cary out in LA already workin with the band he's managing, he can definately help get my feet on the ground. He's talking about getting a place all together to make it easier. Things may be lookin up! What do you think? Thoughts, comments, concerns? Help me out, Thanks!
